Housing for the elderly (62 or older) or handicapped.

One Bedroom Units: living room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, washer/dryer hook-up, & walk-in closet. Approximately 670 square feet. Base rent of $410/month. Maximum annual income to qualify for base rent is approximately $20,430 for single person or $13,335 for 2 person household. A limited number of apartments are available for those exceeding the maximum annual income; rent is $440/month.

Phase IV

Housing for the elderly (62 or older)

One Bedroom Units: living room, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, washer/dryer hook-up, & walk-in closet. Approximately 670 square feet. Rent of $315/month. Maximum monthly income to qualify is approximately $1,410.
